The 56,000 square foot Student Services Center & Administration Building will create a centralized location for student-focused services essential to student success. The new 3-story building will consolidate several key departments currently housed throughout campus into one location. At SSAB, students will complete their onboarding counseling and matriculation, access financial aid and find support services central to comply with the new state funding formula. The building will be provisioned with the latest District safety and security standards and technology standards.
The Health and PE, Fitness Center project consists of the construction of a two-story 93,000 SF building to include classrooms, locker rooms, a gymnasium, weight fitness center, multi-purpose rooms, and faculty offices.

The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) Small Contractor Boot Camp is a four-session program designed specifically for small contractors to improve their competitive bidding capacity.
